My Favorite Face Masks

My Favorite Face Masks

Hey Yall! It’s been awhile since I’ve written one of these blog posts. To catch back up with me I’ve recently got a new job! (One thing that was on my new year’s goals blog post) I love love my new workplace and the best part is that the people are so damn nice and comforting:) It has truly enhanced my mood and the new early morning grind has helped me with anxiety and depression. I get weekends off so maybe I can start blogging more again because I really do find happiness in taking photos and writing anyone who reads these.

Today I thought I’d show my favorite face masks that I try and use once or twice a week. And I know some people think that they’re a waste of money or they don’t work, but these two I have found to actually work for my skin and honestly, I can see a difference when I use them. My skin feels so refreshed and clean and new again.

Let’s start off with my fav one:

Origins Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay

Holy cow I love this stuff! When my skin is feeling dry and dehydrated or just feels gross I love to use this one the most. It’s a gritty texture, a cute light pink mask that has benefits of Rose Clay, Canadian Willowherb, Persian Silk Tree and Jojoba Beads. Don’t know what exactly those do check out the link ( ) I don’t know about you but those ingredients alone give me peace. You leave it on until it drys and to take it off use warm water and gently rub it off and let the texture take off your dead skin cells. Seriously my face will feel like baby skin. My pores look smaller and my face just looks so refreshed and ready to take on the week.

Side Note: I have tested the rose clay one for about a year now and it has helped with my acne scars.

The next mask is a common and fav for a lot of people.

Origins Active Charcoal Mask

I normally don’t use these face masks like how I have it on in the picture below and yes I felt so silly putting them on half of my face (Gotta get that shot). I usually only use it on my t zone or where I feel like I have the most pores. It does do the job at getting that grimy dirt out of there and makes your face also smooth and less oily.

Side Note: I have tested the charcoal mask for about 5 years now.

I just love anything Origins. One day I will have tested and probably loved every single product in their line. #NotSponsered
